I went to your bot and all you have is an empty search box. You need to give your users (or prospecive buyers) more guidance as to what is available. There is no apparent flow to the bot workflow and no real hint on what the bot can do. Just being honest with you. When I started building bots I did the same thing, just loaded it with info and gave them the search box. And the result was no engagement. That's when I figured out there is a lot more work to building these things than loading them up with a bunch of data. You have to help the users and guide them to what is available. So you need buttons with suggestions that take the user down various paths that you design for them. Yes, this take more time, but that is what provides value. Your bot may have tons of great information, but if the users don't know how to interact with the bot it's not of much use.
