Hi Everyone, Is there a way to use HITL function in the trial version? We want to understand it better. We also have the following questions: 1. Do human agents need to log in to Botpress to access and manage chats? or a separate portal? 2. As resellers, is it possible to provide a separate control panel or portal for agents to manage their chats and knowledge base, instead of them logging into Botpress directly?
