Hey everyone, I’m Sandeep, co founder of an email deliverability agency named The Mail Fixer ( https://themailfixer.com/ ) that helps B2B teams clean up sender reputation, fix spam issues, and build cold email systems that don’t damage their domain. I’ve been in this space since 2020 and my co founder since 2016, mostly we work with SaaS teams and outbound-heavy agencies who’ve run into problems like invisible inboxing issues or declining reply rates with no clear reason why. We work under the hood—things like Return-Path control, domain segmentation, inbox placement diagnostics, and cold infrastructure setup. It’s less flashy than tactics and copy, but it’s often the missing piece when outbound starts to stall. I also help run How Solopreneurs Operate (HSO)—a space where solo founders share the real, unpolished sides of building alone. It keeps me connected to the people behind the projects.
