Auto population of Knowledge Base

Hey, How feasable would it be to have a option to add the slack app we create with our bot to our channel and have it have read access to messages and have it store the messages in a Knowledge Base. Use Case: self building customer support bot that is built on basic PDF documents, but also previous issues users had with a software for example and how the support team of humans resolved it. Maybe this can already be done?

Hey @clean-microphone-33451 @brainy-kite-97986 With the introduction of the Tables feature last week, Dynamic knowledge bases are soon going to be a thing! (Ability to push data into the kb, such as conversational data, and have the bot start sourcing responses from it) Stay tuned! 🙂
