Hey,
How feasable would it be to have a option to add the slack app we create with our bot to our channel and have it have read access to messages and have it store the messages in a Knowledge Base. Use Case: self building customer support bot that is built on basic PDF documents, but also previous issues users had with a software for example and how the support team of humans resolved it. Maybe this can already be done?

With the introduction of the Tables feature last week, Dynamic knowledge bases are soon going to be a thing! (Ability to push data into the kb, such as conversational data, and have the bot start sourcing responses from it)
