Hey, Right now the Knowledge Bases are only activated on capture cards AND only if the user is asking a question. It would be very useful if we could trigger the Knowledge Bases through the bot. Example of use case: The user asks a question KB triggers but is unable to solve the problem An ai task asks the user for more information The KB DOESNT trigger because the new infos are not questions (Above is the current state - following would be the improvement) An AI Task gathers all the new informations and the initial problem to create a new more detailed question The KB is triggered by the AI Task generated question and is able to solve the problem thanks to the added informations.
