08/01/2023, 4:14 PMHey @acceptable-gold-88171 , I think this would be very useful for ecommerce sites. It would be great to add specific links for product categories and/or products. Therefore, the bot would guide each visitor to the corresponding individual page based on their questions. Thanks!

08/15/2023, 9:50 PMIf anyone has a solution to this. It seems like it wouldn't be too hard to have the chat give 1-3 links with each response, but I can't make it happen.
