I understand KB is AI functinoailty that BotPress is like a front end. So, if it misbehaves, presumably it has nothing to do with BotPress. Is there a way to test, for example, a few PDFs outside of BotPress? I mean, if it's just ChatGPT query - I could test it with OpenAI, but when it comes to a few documents in KB - what would be the way to test it out? Also, a side question: when I add PDFs to KB - how do I know when they are ready to be used by KB? Presumably it should take time - any way to know when it's ready?
