Knowledge Base not being searched

07/13/2023, 4:13 PMI have been following along with some of the previous posts today about a similar issue, but I am having this issue with mainly docx file types. Does ChatGPT also have an affect on these file types too?

07/13/2023, 4:17 PMI am also getting this error code when I try to ask anything that will search through the docx file types. I also have text in the knowledge base about when the company is open and it is able to answer that question fine
