07/12/2023, 10:22 PMHey guys, I want to use Botpress for on an ecommerce site. But when it doesn't know the answer or if a customer want's to they can talk to a real person. Does anyone know if this is possible? Or what other software you can use together with Botpress to achieve this. Thanks.
