I am having problems integrating botpress with intercom as there isnt any steps on how to do so and what are the actual things I can benefit from this integration, so can anyone help me if they have integrated botpress with intercom before or know how? Thanks in advance.

you need to use one of your accounts as the bot, and assign the bot as the default user. Then if you want to take over, just un-assign the bot. if you hit your icon in intercom on the bottom right then again in the menu that opens, you'll be redirected to your profile page. Your agent id / admin id is the number in the url. put that in the integration. Then take the webhook. go to the intercom developer hub, and create an app. go to webhooks, and past the webhook you got from botpress. You need to add two topics, conversation.user.created and conversation.user.replied. go to "Authentication" and grab the token, and paste that in the intercom integration in botpress. Save everything and it should work.

@acceptable-gold-88171 and now when i did all this, am i then supposed to create my own javascript for handling the webhook, or is there any preconfigurated way to do this? your AI codehelper dosent seem to understand what im trying to do.

No docs yet, did you manage to find the webhook url in botpress? It should be found in the integrations config for your bot

i did. and now when i have it activated, it will send messages through intercom, but its should only forward the message typed into the bot to intercom, so the agent can answer
