I have some problems with the styling. So, can you help with: 1) How to change the font size, font style and others of the header of the bot. It seems that only the color of the text is changing. The funny thing is that for some reson when I change the font style it changes but everythime it changes to one and that one is not the font that I want to be there. 2) How to change the icon of the chatbot that is on the right of its talking bubble (if I could call it that)?
