07/07/2023, 11:14 PMI'm in a pickle myself at the moment. Could you please kindly inform me of the ongoing node you have connected to your knowledge base node? In specific the node to which the user is directed if the knowledge base is unable to answer the question. I am struggling to create this node as the user is never getting directed to the nodes I have attempted to create.
