I am building bot with help of botpress. I have question. I want to capture user information before chat starts. Save those information on memory. If user selects that they want to talk to human or wants to create ticket it would create ticket or email to email address based on their selection of department while starting of chat. I am able to achieve user capture but after that Chat is not working. Chat Ends automatically. Please help me how to achieve this.
