I'm creating a bot for a business. How do I make sure that the user asks a question that's relevant to the business? Hypothetically: Business = Clothing Boutique User asks to buy a car. Chat bot could potentially try and sell a car, or indicate that the Clothing boutique could sell the car.

I am also starting new with botpress. I just finished my simplest bot few hours back. Try going to bot personality and give your bot personality as per your business. It worked for me. Also in the description of the datasource, do mention that the answers to the questions are related to your business type. Hope that helps...

Thanks I’ll try it out. I was thinking that the bot may have better discretion when it has more content and context to its job.
