How do I draw those lines to connect a new node? The small circle doesen't appear and the small bar that allows you to do that option disappeared.

Hi, you'll need to add a Flow Logic card, either Expression or Intent. Most of the time you might want to add Expression and type "Always". That way, the bot will know always to move to the next node after they are done with this one.

Actually in your Expression card you type "true" for the condition, and then the card displays "always" on the card on the node.
