Hi, apologies for ne dramatic message but there are several threads below with the same issue: the bots fail to reference the KB. I’ve noticed that this issue seems to occur very early am ET / morning Europe and Lara for a f ew hours. It rectifies itself without any changes to the bit in many cases. This seems to be a case where the KB docs ‘disappear’ for a time as far as the but can tell. Obviously the ability to call a custom KB is a big feature of Botpress but these individual help requests are being overlooked, maybe because it appears to be user error. Instead, this seems to be a system error. Please help
