I have a problem with my Whatsapp bot. Sometimes, when the user is writing to the bot, the bot does not respond. But in the logs we do not see any error . It happens randomly, and we don't know why. Can anyone give us some possibles causes for this problem? Has anyone met such a problem before on whatsapp?

hi @acceptable-kangaroo-64719 . i dont know if it is related since, i just refreshed my token on facebook just last week. This was because of the bot repeating same sentences at some time for some users. but since then, less messages repeated.
