Not only the caroussels,but the conv flow is ruined
For example after I choose option 1 of question 1 ,the conversation doesn't continue
But more over, yea images and location have never popped up as I've tried like 10 messages

Are the options an array of items, or static choices?

Mate, carousel has been solved. My issue now is the following:
Hey fam, I'm facing an issue on WhatsApp. Could someone back me up please? My issue is, that the bot is running perfectly on BotPress, but when I try it on WhatsApp, it doesn't send the images nor the location like it does on the botpress site, when for example, they click "Find me Restaurants".

When you send messages in a row the bot breaks indeed.
Restart the conversation and lets see how it goes

nope it wasnt in a row mate
it was like 5 mins after it hadnt responded
also here the options are shorter and cut 😓

That's a whatsapp limitation, it cuts on the 17th or so character

I replaced carousel with images, as carousel wasn't workign properly
its good
also added below the images, options, to pop up the location link

Okay, that's on me, sorry about that. My first issue, was carrousel, and that's why this thread was opened. But since I opened it, I've found a solution to that and I'm good. My issue now, is that the bot isn't functional on WhatsApp, while on Botpress it is.
