I've created a Botpress bot which allows user to input scores for assessment through asking a series of Single Choice Questions. I've then integrated the bot with Telegram. When testing my chatbot, the chatbot functions in the way that I've designed it but when I tried running the bot on the mobile Telegram app and the desktop Telegram app, the bot starts to malfunction by asking the same Single Choice questions repeatedly even though the user has already selected an option. Does anybody know if I'm doing anything wrong? **I've added in screenshots of the chatbot responses in the "Test your Chatbot" environment and screenshots of the chatbot responses in the desktop Telegram environment.

does re-publishing your bot do anything to change its behavior?

Just tried re-publishing it. Behaviour doesn't really change. It just continues to repeat questions even after the question has been answered

I just did that. Set the retries to 0 on that capture card. Problem still surfaces.

that is strange, and my intuition tells me that it could be something with how telegram is configured. However, I don't know enough about the telegram integration. Maybe @colossal-egg-20510 knows?

Hello. We have the same thing with our whatsapp integration since yesterday. on some phones. some questions from the bot show repeatedly. how can we solve it? This was working very well, but it arised yesterday

Hi, I am joining a bit late, but I have issues with my bot on telegram as well. He just starts the conversation from totally different node, or won't react on some choice cards.

Same issue with web embed…. Not sure what to do can’t show my client a product like this
