07/05/2023, 10:59 AMHey @wide-postman-24865, web sources use a search engine like Bing or Google to search for information from your website. Unless you've got a big website, your site is likely only indexed or scraped a few times a month. You can ask these search engines to index your site manually, though (just do a search for "Request indexing Bing/Google" to find the request form).
For this reason, Plain Text kb sources are best for information that changes frequently
