My chatbot has started not referencing any knowledge bases. I've noticed in the log that it says no KB's are enabled but the KB is enabled on the node. I also want it to only reference the Technical Knowledge base. I've added a folder called "technical" and i'm asking the question to the Back of House Workflow" as seen in first image, which is part of the Technical Folder.

I have the exact same problem. It worked yesterday and I havent changed anything. I think it is a problem with the botpress itself but im not 100% sure

I've run into this problem, too 😅 I just keep trying until it works. Not the best workaround, I admit. The engineers are working hard at consistency and upgrading infra, so there might be growing pains like this every once in a while.
