Big Issue with Getting Started tasks

When I was working my way through the "Getting Started" tutorial, I ran into some major issues. After adding tide.com into the knowledge base, it overpowered everything else. For example, later on in the lesson, the tutorial instructs you to add in a plain text answer and then ask the bot a question that will trigger the plain text answer. When I did this step, the answer instead still came from tide.com. In a later lesson, the tutorial instructs users to create a flow that creates a Trello card, however with the knowledge base still active, asking for a human will instead generate the Tide customer service line. I had to delete the knowledge base in order to trigger the flow I created. With all of that being said, is there a way to edit the priority of conflicting responses? If this has already been answered please link me to that answer, I am having trouble finding it. Cheers

That's a great point! If you change the description to : "This is ONLY about Tide and cleaning questions. " it should solve the issue (you might have to restart the conversation though) I'll go ahead and fix that so others don't encounter this issue. Thanks a bunch for reporting this!
