How do I add support questions to plain text kb

The template kb bot has support questions hi, hello and hey on the plain text kb in SmallTalk. How do I recreate that?

You can add a new knowledge base by clicking on this little book icon in the top right corner. Then, give the knoweldge base a name. Finally, add "Plain Text" as a knowledge base source and start typing your information there. You don't need to stick to a question-answer format- straight facts work well, too
