You see how the first part you have in there "If answered from knowledge base", its going to the End node. That means when Kb answers, its going to end. If you are in the "Main" node that means the conversation will end because there is nothing else. If you were in a workflow, then it will go back to whatever started it. Think of them as little containers. So create more nodes or workflows for what you want to do next
