you need to update the FAQ as I can set a budget now from what I see: "You will be able to place a limit on how much monthly spend your bot consumes soon. Within the billing page of your Cloud account, you will be able to click on the Spending Limit tab to set it up. At any time you can increase or decrease this limit."
