Hello, I am trying to add a document in the format of a Q&A to my knowledge base, how, ever the chatbot is not able to read this. I tried uploading the doc in the format of a .txt and a .pdf. This did not work. Only when I paste it as a plain text file. Below is an example of the format I used for the files. Please can someone let me know how I should be formatting these docs so this is readable to Botpress? Q: What is the address? A: 12345 Example High St North, London E7 5TY Q: Phone number A: 020 1234 1234 Q: Opening Hours A: Mon Closed Tue 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Wed 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Thu 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Fri 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Sun Closed

Hey @bumpy-boots-2043, here are the accepted formats (refer to the screenshot). The way your information is displayed shouldn't matter. Were you able to add your KB? When you mention that it didn't work, could you please clarify what exactly you mean? Were you able to upload the document, and the issue is that the bot isn't taking your KB into consideration?

Yes I was able to add the KB, it works fine when retrieving text from 'Plain text'. I was able to upload the document, but when i query the chatbot it does not return an answer from the KB

Got it.
Did you enable the KB agent?

@crooked-van-25152 Yes the KB agent works fine if the KB source is 'Plain text'. It does not read if .pdf or .txt uploaded under documents

@bumpy-boots-2043 thanks. I believe there was an issue with the KB last Friday. Let me know if you try again with pdf or txt.
