I need help getting my bot to read channel content and use it as a KB. I've managed to connect my bot, it responds reasonably well when I ask it questions, but it only responds from the KB I set up within botpress's sources. As far as I can tell the bot has all Slack permissions needed to read channel content, but it doesn't seem to work. When I ask it a question for unique information in the channel, it doesn't know what to answer. Example: I wrote "The chateau's secret name is Figaro" in Slack. When I asked the bot "what is the chateau's secret name?" it responded "I don't know" This proves to me that the bot is not reading the channel content. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!
