Anyone having trouble getting inconsistent results from the website knowledgebase? As in, asking the bot a simple question it should be able to easily match and getting no hit on the knowledgebase, then asking the exact same question again a few seconds later and getting a hit, and then asking again and not getting a hit. Random by the way, no pattern to it.
