Hi! I'm trying to build a bot for Customer Services and Sales in WhatsApp, however they will be some events that it may need human intervention. I know botpress doesn't yet have that option. However i would like to know if somebody has done something similar? Maybe through some integrations of some kind? I will be happy to hear suggestions or ideas to make this work
