How can I set up my knowledge base to check and read websites and APIs correctly and effectively? Whenever I try to set it up through stack AI or whatnot, it says it doesn't contain that information, when it does. Can I get some help please?

I only know about the websites, on the left panel you can specify where the knowledge base is taking its information from : doc source, web url, etc. you can specify this pretty easily. look up how to update knowledge base in botpress

Yeah I know that but it doesn't read the website good and it always says it doesn't have the info when it should
