its very strange .. i have a workflow with a specific knowledge base (no internet source only docx).. i ask: what are the prices ? This is what he came up with (only the first is from the doc). Why does he come up with all the other crap?: The price for personalized support per patient per month is €3.89. The average price of gas in the U.S. is $3.56 per gallon. The cost of butter and margarine is $4.81 per pound on average across U.S. cities. The average price of a used car purchase in December was $29,533. The prices for cryptocurrencies can be found on websites like CoinMarketCap and Coinbase. The prices for commodities can be found on websites like Markets Insider. The prices for crude oil can be found on websites like OilPrice.com. it looks like there's a problem with context, and it's not sure what the price is for. You can upvote this https://discord.com/channels/1108396290624213082/1112799356567957515 to get more control over the input for KBs

but why is it searching the internet, while I didn't specify an internet source? it seems it search by default on the internet.. so at this moment the bot is useless if the bot searches by default on the internet

Normally if you didn't create a bot that searches the internet it shouldn't. Maybe it was automatically loaded when you created the bot. Can you try creating a new bot, and use the handholding option (last one), then add your docx, and try again?
