I'm building a bot. I have added all the required files in knowledge base. All the pdfs and text files that holds all the necessary information, in different different knowledge base. But whenever I ask a specific question about a topic, it just says, "Here are some key features: or here are the answer you're looking for:" and stops. Doesn't display any features. Also sometimes, when I ask about something that is within the knowledge base, it simply says "No valid answer found". Even if I have added all the information in the knowledge base. Please help me solve this.

Split into different kb, maybe it cant read all in the same kb
