Shared Bot is not working

I just created a bot in studio and it works perfectly but when i publish and share it, on shared chat, it gives errors and not working properly. In studio everything works well. I really dont know how to solve this. If anyone of you faced with similar issue and solved it, please guide me 🙏🏻

Firstly its showing card on studio chat bot but in shared bot its not showing 😦

This is the same chatbot but not showing card in the beginning

Secondly, in studio chatbot its working properly in the section which is in screenshot. Its finding car from api and then creates carosel

But in shared chatbot its giving error directly 😦

I believe issue is with card or carousels but didnt findout solution so far. Thank you so much for your help 🙏🏻 😇

In Logs it gives this error but in studio chat its all good

what type of card is your first one?
the problem appears to be with your API, because I'm unable to replicate the issue with cards/carousels!
