It really depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you ask your user, "What can I help you with today" and have an AI Task to figure out what the user wants, you can use event.preview, but if what you are trying to do with your AI Task requires all the past information that was exchanged between the bot and the user, I would use the summaryAgent.
