These files were zipped. So I unzipped it and saved it to my desktop. Now, Im trying to import those files but I cant upload either of those files. Can someone tell me what im doing wrong? Do i need to upload one of it or both of it? Ive seen botpress youtube video on import/export but it only explained about exporting bots. cheers in advance!

what kind of bot are you trying to import?

afaik the import/export feature is for importing botpress bots - in other words, .bpz files
