Hello - I have created a customer serivce bot to answer questions for my business. It works great! however if it doesn't know the answer (info not in knowledge base) i have it looping back to the start of that card to ask what question it can answer again. Is there a way I can send questions that can't be answered by the bot and its knowledge base to a spread sheet so i can add them in later? thanks in advance for any help! 🙂
