Open the Capture Card settings, go to Advanced and enable "Failure transition", now transition to another node with a text that says - "that's not a valid option", and then add a "always" transition that goes back to the Intro. You may need to separate the text from the intro, so that in these cases, the bot doens't introduce itself again
