A bit of a counterpoint, but if the options are "Yes" and "No" the user could just type a y or n and press enter, which is easier to do than leaving the keyboard and grabbing the mouse. Similarly as an example I have a bot with two options, one of them is "leave a review" and if the user types "leave" and hits enter, that works.
