I'm playing around with the bot structure but for now my hunch is you should add an intent flow logic card with various "talk to an agent" utterances. here's a video explaining what intents and utterances are

wherever you want the user to be able to prompt a talking to human option, you should add that "talk to an agent" intent card

hey Glocky, most likely because of the KB that was imported along with the template. for now i'd say it's safe to disregard that error as long as the convo goes as expected

it's not ideal but i think a workaround would be to copy and paste the bot's components into a fresh new bot. as you can see in the screen recording, the convo was working for mine but think that the import with KB raises some issues 😔 i faced something similar when using Glocky's file . I will report this to the team

hmm yes. this was a quick draft so in that node I didn't account for that scenario. thinking aloud i think we can make edits to the classification AI Task so that it redirects folks to the bottom most node and continues the convo when someone says I have another question.
