By the way, it might help to just test the knowledge base node directly using hard coded data while you are testing, i.e. link it directly to the start node so you don't need to go through the whole conversation. Maybe also try to run my exact prompt, I had to play with it a bit to get it to answer, so you probably have to do the same.
