How can we do this? I want to ask user for inputs. To create a better customer experience, I want to offer some common questions by displaying quick replies that user can choose from. User can also choose to manually key in question. The chatbot is then to reply with a single answer (whether user choose to click on a quick reply option or manully type in quesstion). The issue I am encountering is that I get 2 responses. How best to design the chatflow?
