I am testing the hyperlinks and it shows correctly on the test enviroment inside BotPress, but when I send the message over facebook messenger, I get the raw format [hyperlink text](hyperlink). I was looking on how to format hyperlinks in facebook messenger and I found an answer that said that they will be format automatically if they are shorter than 20 characters. My link has 48 without the UTM tag. I will try to use a service to short the link but if anybody has any other idea, please share. Thank you very much for your time and support.
