Problem with the published bot

my chatbot works correctly when I test it in botpress but when I publish and share it it doesn't work there. Keeps repeating previus stuff and doesn't continue with the flow. How can i fix this so others can use it?

for examble i am asking for the user to choose one from the choices i've put but instead of appearing the choices it goes back to the previus question

@silly-school-68907 does that sound like the flow you have?
Choice-style questions have validation logic that re-ask the question if it fails, there could be an issue there.

I’m currently having the same exact problem. When tested in the back end it works seamlessly. Issues begin when you integrate it to other applications.

Happening to me too...
When in the editor it works fine, outside the editor it doesn't work correctly. Even jumps back to nodes there should be no way for it to get to. Also seeing this trailing whitespace error more and more. Each message the bot sends has an empty line underneath...

Does anyone have a bot they could share privately with us to troubleshoot, and a conversation flow that reliably or very often causes this issue?
i've already made the engineers aware, but anything we can do to make this easier to test will help us fix the issue faster.
