07/30/2023, 11:19 AMI am encountering the same thing - In my case the KB has a txt file that's been exported from Excel as coma delimited with a clear header for product URL and product name (for about 100 products or so). The KB is set to on for this node and no AI task is used for this one. Often, no links are displayed and occasionally, it does make them up. Sometimes the correct links are in fact given for my case.
Is there an exact format of practice we should follow for optimal results? Thanks!
