Please help me on this, I’ve been struggling for over a day.
f
On what channel?
c
@eager-afternoon-65837 Could you please add a bit of context to this post?
e
It literally just sends the wrong link
When I send a link it says "oops wrong page" or something along those lines
It's just extremely inconsistent and we've been trying to do it for 2 days now. Our client is waiting
c
@early-train-33247 can you please help here. Thanks a lot!
e
Yeah please
f
Hi, Can you add more screenshots about the issue?
I am more a visual person
e
Yeah so
Everything works quite well
But
Some products bring me to this type of page

And it because of Botpress, since the links work normally

I get a 404 when I type that URL into my browser. So, seems to not be botpress unless you are saying that is not the URL that the bot is presenting to the user.
I think you want /candle-moulds not /candle-making/moulds

Hey @eager-afternoon-65837 are you using a Knowledgebase that contains the links? I didn't get when the error is happening
f
I think he is using AI Task, and the AI Task is based on GPT, GPT data is since September 2021 or it is hallucinating the URL
e
You should use a Knowledgebase with a plain text or document source with links to your products @eager-afternoon-65837, that way it will always get it right!

I am encountering the same thing - In my case the KB has a txt file that's been exported from Excel as coma delimited with a clear header for product URL and product name (for about 100 products or so). The KB is set to on for this node and no AI task is used for this one. Often, no links are displayed and occasionally, it does make them up. Sometimes the correct links are in fact given for my case. Is there an exact format of practice we should follow for optimal results? Thanks!
