I had an Intent card above this always card, and it was connected to the Exit node. After adding the "always" card, with no connection, I deleted the intent card above it. At that point the connection previously connecting the Intent to the Exit appeared to have re-attached to the always card. That is what is shown here. But the connection is not valid, as you see the card is marked in yellow with a "not connected" error, even though the connection line still appears.
