Won't it be strange to a whatsapp user if the bot asks then if they are chatting to it via whatsapp? I thought there was perhaps a native way of achieving this, if not I guess a work around would be to check for WhatsApp variables in the event.tags.user['whatsapp:name'] if this is null I'll assume they are using web chat?
