So, I am building a customer service bot - but the information is different varying location to location. The user begins by selecting from a list of the locations before asking questions - but it is hard to differentiate the knowledge as it uses all the knowledge sets and it gets confused. For example, I will choose one location, and the information the bot provides will be for a different one.
