I followed the integration video step by step and the bot is texting back, BUT, sentences are getting cut off and when I choose from a drop-down the bot becomes unresponsive

I have similar problems integrating the chatbot in Messenger, but I can't find the answer or the guide to be able to integrate the chatbot correctly
