Hello everyone. I have previous build a chatbot in botpress OS v12, and now I wish to migrate the app to botpress cloud painless. I tried to directly import the existing bot (export from v12) to the botpress cloud but I failed. Is there a support for this requirement?

Hey @strong-postman-23130, unfortunately there's not a painless way to import a bot from v12 to cloud. The two products are not compatable and use compeltely different approaches to chatbot-building. While you will need to re-build the bot on cloud, it should be quick because the cloud offers many more tools for bot-building efficiently.
