I think you have to add it by yourself. You can imagine generating an order reference when the user order for something, and then when he wants to check for the status, he have to provide the order reference. alternatively when on whatsapp integration for example, you can save the user phone number and use it to double check his identity and then his possible recently created orders on your platform. What do you think about it?
